European Commission, IEA, and Polish Ministry of Climate and Environment to Headline Go Net Zero Energy CEE Summit in Bucharest.
Energy Analytical Studies, as media partner, presents the 6th Business Summit GO NET ZERO ENERGY CENTRAL & EASTERN EUROPE – a major energy industry event to debate the future of the Central and Eastern European energy sector.
Senior representatives from the European Commission, International Energy Agency, and the Ministry of Climate and Environment will headline the Go Net Zero Energy CEE Summit 2026 on 10–11 June in Bucharest. The event will join regional energy leaders for two days of high-level discussions focused on the future of Central and Eastern Europe’s energy system.
As Central and Eastern Europe enters a defining phase of its energy transition, the summit will focus on the region’s most pressing challenges: strengthening energy security, accelerating renewable deployment, modernising infrastructure, and maintaining industrial competitiveness amid evolving EU climate targets and geopolitical pressures.
Leading the policy dialogue are:

- Akos Losz, Lead Gas Analyst, International Energy Agency (IEA)
- Michał Łęski, Deputy Director of the Renewable Energy Sources Department, Ministry of Climate and Environment, Poland
- Cristian Bușoi, Secretary of State, Ministry of Energy, Romania
The agenda will bring together policymakers, utilities, infrastructure operators, investors, and industrial energy users to examine the technologies, investment frameworks, and policy decisions shaping the next phase of the CEE energy transition.
